One pound of frozen blueberries, whizzed in the food processor, put into a glass pyrex dish, add 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 tsp. stevia, 1 tsp. sugar, nuked in the microwave until the sugar melts, stir, and freeze, breaking up the chunks every 30 minutes until frozen through.
