absofreakinlutely DELICIOUS. here’s how to make baked scallops & shrimp… i did a combo of panko and breadcrumbs for the breading and added some crushed red pepper and fresh lemon. the asparagus i sauteed in olive oil for 3 minutes then tossed with almonds, parmesan, pepper and kosher salt for another 3 minutes. served with a yummy rosemary sourdough loaf. |
