Pizza Pasta Salad 3 cups penne pasta , cooked, drained and cooled Toss all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for one hour before serving. Recipe Notes: This is another one of those recipes that you can adjust to your own tastes. More cheese? More basil? Sure go nuts. What’s it going to hurt? Occasionally my grocery store will be out of fresh basil (I know, the horror) so I just substitute a few shakes of dried basil. I’m not a huge fan of salami so some times I’ll use turkey pepperoni instead. This recipe is great summer dish and a nice change from traditional pasta salads. |
